I haven’t been angry or felt slighted by anyone recently except when V. Putin placed the world on Nuclear Alert. I am in an Alert mode now staying clear of threats, lies, and deceptions, holding back my anger and frustration, and relying on God to calm me, let amnesia of the violation settle in, rid me of anger, and allow me to move on to brighter thoughts, which I have done.
