Can you hear the silence this late afternoon? The rain pours lightly against my study window. My 20 year old cat Pinky has just recovered from a Vet visit. She is happy and healthy and full of smiles, love and soft purrs. Enjoying time with your long loved cat mellows the afternoon. She and I have shared thousands of hours together over 19 years in mutual love and affection. Almost anyone who owns a cat has a special connection to them. After so many years she understands my timing for treats, breakfast, lunch and dinner. She is an indoor cat and knows her place as Princess of the house. Her handsome brother an eight year old Tuxedo Cat is well tamed around her.
I Am a lucky man living with two extraordinary spirits. May every man woman and child know the love of a devoted cat spirit.
