I have always wanted to roast a duck for Thanks Giving but due to foolish traditions, Turkey has always been the preferred bird. I don’t have guests this year except for my two cats both having discriminating tastes. A little dab of orange sauce on their duck servings will certainly make their meal more interesting and tasty. My side dishes are roasted red potatoes and riced cauliflower. It’s not a traditional meal, but I have seldom followed traditional recipes and prefer to enhance them or ignore them and create my own.
