I was invited to a church picnic today at the local lake. It was good to see so many congregants talking amongst each other. Old and young people eating, and drinking soda and lemonade, hotdogs and hamburgers were the meal with grilled bacon it was a fun American picnic menu. I enjoyed watching and hearing people all enjoying their conversations with laughter and smiles, and great August weather and location overlooking the still and silver lake. I believe God was enjoying the picnic of devout believers as the Reverand was very happy at the large turnout.
