As I write this post I wish to say I had a great day. I ate well, even went to the YMCA for a workout, and did a one mile walk in the rain. Ha, life today was defiant. Life is defiant as I have lived these 72 years I Am am happier than ever. My cats were most affectionate today knowing I was celebraing my life milestone. Pinky my 19 year old cat was especially active today. Cats are marvelous spirits anyone who has one or two or more understand cat love. I made my favorite meal of broiled chicken wings tonight and they were perfect. A few choice shots of tequila made for a mellow evening. I have developed an addiction to the Baywatch Series 11 seasons fully free on Roku TV. I suggest anyone with time on their hands get Roku and watch the 11 seasons of Baywatch for remarkable entertainment.
