“A OK”

I Am happy even though I’m awake at 1:37 AM. Welcome my After Midnight Friends. I visited my Cardiologist yesterday for my yearly visit and after he reviewed my EKG and Echocardiogram and blood results test a big smile came over his face as he said “You are A OK everything is very good.” Few things make you feel better than great results from your physician. Doctors are remarkable people. They cure people as their profession. I have been very fortunate to have a few good doctors that have kept me alive and well over the many years. I can’t praise them enough. Tonight as I write this post I Am most grateful to the medical profession I have known over the many years. As I Am about to celebrate 72 years on earth I was told by my GP last year that he won’t retire until I Am 85. That is true encouragement.

Faith in God , good luck, and the will to live has kept me going and keeps me going in life. I hope this post does not discourage any of my readers because of their own health. I must say that my great faith in God and my will to persevere has brought me to this moment in time to recieve an “A OK” from my doctor and feeling great. Life is iffy all may change in a day, but yesterday and tonight I Am feeling great and wish the same for all my readers. I laughed with a Trumpian Friend of mine today who I lost a $20 dollar bet to over the presidential election. He’s been a friend and neighbor for over 20 years. He’s 81 years old and as hard headed as anyone can be, but I truely like the guy regardless of his politics, and I must assume he likes me. Regardless of our politics we can still remain friends and laugh at each other’s foibles. He pulled over his truck today in front of the Town Hall and called out to me as I was walking across the street. I crossed Main St. to talk to him and we laughed and caught up for 20 minutes or so until the police crusier beeped his horn because we were taking over his parking spot. Old friends and great doctors are blessings in life and make my world A OK. I wish all good luck and a good night.
