FALLING ILL FROM HEAT STROKE

I fell ill yesterday to the 100 degree heat wave. It wasn’t devastating but very uncomfortable. When I Googled “heat stroke symptoms” I realized I had several. Exhaustion, nausea, and excessive sweating. I pity and empathize with all and everyone everywhere who have had heat stroke, or are suffering from extreme heat. We must stay cool as possible, hydrate with water, get into water, stay in air conditioning (if you have it). Do not go outdoors after 12:00 noon. It was 100 degrees with extreme humidity here yesterday.

I Am recovered today, and regained my appetite, my cats are OK, and the weather is cooler, and now I understand what I had and what to do to prevent it. I want to share my advice from my experience, to all who need it. Stay cool, calm and comfortable.
