THE FORGOTTEN MOMENT
So many forgotten moments have come and gone from my memory. I Am not suffering for dementia, I merely live a normal life of millions of memories. I have forgotten as many moments as I remember. Anger, sorrow, hate, or love so many memories have left me and many have stayed with me. I prefer to smile and be happy in my pleasant memories, and carry out my day happy. Be always positive in your retrieval of your memories and your life is guaranteed to be happier, healthier, and so much more pleasant.

ANOTHER AFTER MIDNIGHT MESSAGE
An amazing thought occurred to me tonight I thought I might share with my night owl friends. Silence is deafening as it leaves you temporarily without one of your 6 senses. It can be calming and clearing of the mind but it is also lonely and quiet, until we think of pleasant thoughts or someone we love, and drift back to sleep into a happy dream.

MEDIUM RARE STEAK WITH MEXICAN RICE
I have always been a steak person, one who likes red meat. Broiling and seasoning steak is the best way I believe to prepare it, preferably medium rare but slightly well done is acceptable. There are many side dishes I have experimented with such as side salads with assorted dressings, baked potatoes, french fries, Mexican Rice and Brown Rice. But above all I have had as a traditional steak guy, I found Mexican Rice to be one of my very favorite side dishes. I also enjoy it with my favorite hot wings. I mention this tonight since I just finished dinner and enjoyed a good meal. I just thought I would express one of my favorite meals and a gourmet gateway to 5D cuisine.

It is long after midnight and I just awoke from a dream and still reside in that wonderful place. It is a floating feeling as the world around me tonight is silent, dark and dreamy. I realize how fortunate I am to be here able to discribe such a peaceful place and pray the world could be at peace and free from disasters, hate, fear, fires, bombs and wars.
