I had a physical today and passed with flaming colors. Blood pressure normal, all indicators normal or even better. I’m not sure why I checked all good indicators and even lost weight from overweight to near normal BMI but I weekly workout, walk daily, and all out well care better than average. It’s good to be alive and staying alive. I Am blessed, but only because I believe in fullfillng my vision, and the full Ascension of the world.
