Imagine everyone on the planet smiling. We smile when we are joyful, in love or very happy. I try to smile often because it makes me think happy thoughts. I will laugh at a joke or smile at people smiling at me. Ascension is when you normally smile and your mind and heart are tuned to the 5th Dimensional frequency, as a 5th Dimensional radio and television broadcast in the telepathic mind.
