Welcome all my After Midnight Friends. In a flurry of after midnight thoughts I decided to concentrate on just one. The gift of friendship is a great gift if the friendship is honest and true. I have had several close friends and still do but, it is a great sadness when one passes on. Life changes create riffs between family and friends that we never expect until they happen. Cherish all friendships and close aquaintances as we live our lives avoiding lonliness. Some friends can be tremedously helpful in times of struggle or need. I have been fortunate to have had good friends but unfortunate that so many have passed on. Age is a blessing and a curse as we look back at our past and smile at the good memories, and yet cry at the bad ones. I wish all my readers friendship and hope you all fair well in peace and happiness. Reach out to your dear friends and thank them before it is too late for them to know how much you care.
